1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website of Infinity Design (“Infinity Design,” “we,” or “our”) or submitting project inquiries, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue use of the website immediately.
2. Scope of Professional Engagements
Informational content on this website does not constitute a formal binding contract for software engineering or design deliverables. All commercial client engagements require a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW) defining milestones, compensation, and deliverables.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All branding, trade dress, trademarks, design compositions, and code patterns displayed on this website are the proprietary property of Infinity Design or its licensors. Upon completion of milestone payments under an executed SOW, custom code and custom design deliverables are transferred 100% to the respective client.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Infinity Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of this website.
5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
